Ikea Italia has announced that it will award more than 7,000 workers a bonus of about 4.3 million euros for their efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. This award is part of the €110 million global prize that the Ingka Group, the holding company that controls most Ikea stores, will distribute in the 32 markets in which it operates with 170,000 employees.
