I go into business to try to contribute to the success of business plans that target patients, so I don’t have expectations from others.
I mean, it’s important for me to be able to achieve goals turn by turn, rather than think about it or not, I’m going to poison my life and I’m not really thinking about it!
I like to praise my colleagues when they do a good job, but I don’t expect them to praise me.
At the end of each shift conscientiously I assess how I did my job, sometimes very well, sometimes less.
But my commitment is always the maximum. For the rest, I will continue. Apart from that, I have a great collection, but in 20 years I’ve also had great collections..
