The Youth Department's Cosmos Participatory Budgets will cover the costs of transportation to Port Aventura which will take place on March 25. The young person who wishes to participate must submit a statement to the Sputnik Youth Center before February 23.
Trips to Port Aventura have become one of the most voted on activities under the Youth Department's Cosmos Participatory Budgets.
This time, the proposal, which targets young people aged between 12 and 30, will be presented on March 25. The expedition will depart at 8 a.m. from the Sputnik Youth Center and at 8.10 a.m. from the Espai-Montbarry Cultural Center. Return to Montournes is scheduled for approximately 8 p.m.
Departure price is 30 euros. Cosmos 2024's participatory budgets will cover transportation costs. Interested persons must bring a permit (available at Ministry of Youth website) at the Sputnik Youth Center before February 23.
If the number of registrations is greater than the available places, the drawing will be held on February 27 in the afternoon. Young people who have secured a place will have to confirm it before March 5, while a waiting list will be created for the rest.
The departure will be supported by observers from Esplai Panda.

Proposals led by the youth themselves
The uniqueness of Cosmos lies in the fact that it does not limit itself to financing proposals, but rather promotes youth participation in organizing initiatives of community value that support group cohesion. For this reason, all proposals that are selected must be led by the same movement team that submits them.
The participatory process for the 2024 budgets took place last November. This process resulted in 16 proposals, including group trips outside the municipality and festivals and performances that would take place throughout the year.
