CITY OF SCIENCE – All professionals and students awarded with OneMorePack 2022
The winners of the two competitions, for professionals and students, for the 2022 OneMorePack Prize have been announced. The ceremony took place on Thursday 9 June, during the Packaging Design Forum promoted and organized by Grafica Metelliana. This year, the accredited have access to the exhibition with news partners, to the exhibition of short projects and to the Newton Hall in Citta della Senza, in Naples, for the interventions of exceptional speakers: Fabio Papilloni, Professor of Neuroeconomics and Neuromarketing at La Sapienza University in Rome, Director Scientific for Brain Signs; Matteo Leonti, Managing Director, Smith Lumen Creative Agency.
3 students on the stage worked and designed the models according to the brief released in collaboration with Malafronte. €2,500 total prize money paid to them, through work grants and vouchers for the purchase of professional technologies.

Also this year, many designers, communication agencies and companies from all over Italy have registered. 2 winners in 2 categories, 5 mentions appointed by the technical jury, 1 male designated for online voting. The results were compiled and disclosed only on June 9, during the 2022 edition of the Forum, in the presence of a notary.
First place packing: Kiton exclusive gift box, Sintesi Studio + Studiolibero
Reason: refinement of construction and technical execution. To achieve the brand’s communication goals that, with this gift package concept, convey history and solidity
1st place poster: Vesuvius, Basile AD
Motivation: for the relationship between the perspective held by the poster and the counter-label, thus defining the silhouette of Vesuvius, an interesting and iconic image of the land of Naples. Together with the shape of the bottle, it preserves the history and flavors of the place
Graphic design assignment: Delfino Battista cases, ad volume
Reason: for the original selection of the graphic sign, the original for the delivery of the “colatura di alici” product. For the elegance of the package, the simplicity of the illustrations and the reference colors chosen.
Territory Signal Tale: Nativo Antico Rosso di Campagnano, Arcadia
Reason: For the trim in the front, point out the logo and the Volturno River. To choose colored copper foil. For the special character the whole bottle takes on the shelf
Job alert: Lungo Food and Wine, Basile ADV
Reason: Because of the simplicity of the solution and its functionality. The tape, which serves as a handle, is inserted through the holes in the initial packaging, allowing at the same time to distinguish between different references, making the product portable without the help of the shopper and facilitating recycling for the end user.
Narrative Testimonial: Sicily Panettone Di Stefano, Industry 01
Motivation: To restore the distinctive elements of traditional Sicilian icon painting style. A modern and successful proposal for natural and monumental land and heritage. In order to choose the closure indicating the idea of the paper bag, highlighting the craft idea of the product
Male Heritage: Guy Auden Packaging, Antville
Reason: to redesign and update that goes from restoring the historical image. For the recognition and authenticity that the brand continues to have on new packaging solutions
Gay Odin’s packaging was also mentioned by “online audience appreciation”, after votes collected on the website www.onemorepack.it
