It has been an injury plagued, disaster of a season for the Los Angeles Lakers. Yet somehow, they have found themselves right in the middle the playoff race. Despite last night’s loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, the Lakers are still in possession of the eighth and final playoff spot in the West.
Unfortunately for the Lakers’ however, losing to the Bucks wasn’t the only bad news of the night. According to numerous reports, their fearless leader Kobe Bryant suffered an injury to his foot, and had to leave the arena on crutches.

More should be known about the injury after he sees a doctor today. However painful his foot may be, as long as he can walk, Kobe will most likely try to give it a go in the Lakers’ next game tomorrow night in Sacramento. He might play poorly, as he did in his ill advised return from an ankle sprain a few weeks ago, but play he will.
