According to another A report published by MLexMicrosoft executives are exploring ways to shut down Acquisition of Activision Blizzard KingDespite the blockade imposed by the UK. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has currently issued an order preventing Microsoft from acquiring any interest in Activision Blizzard King, including its subsidiaries.

MLex has learned that Microsoft has hired other lawyers to come up with possible solutions to close the Activision deal despite the CMA being banned in the UK. One possibility is leaving the United Kingdom And moving to another European country outside the jurisdiction of the Capital Markets Authority. In this scenario, Activision will continue to sell its games through a distributor.
