In the latest in department store news, Italy’s LuisaviaRoma has signed a lease for nearly 13,000 square feet at 1 Bond Street in blazing Noho. This will be the brand’s first location in the United States.

The flagship general store has an area of ​​7,855 square feet at the arcade level and 5,000 square feet on the lower level. Asking rent is $250 per square foot. The building is across the street from Fashion Plate Mayor Eric Adams’ favorite club, Zero Pond.

The Noho store will replace Blick Art Materials, which moved to another location last summer.
