Vilanova del Cami was present on May 8 at the new edition of Innpulso Emprende, an event that brought together in Barakaldo mayors, mayors, SMEs and SMEs as well as innovative startups from the cities that belong to the Innpulso network. This seventh edition, which revolved around innovation as a driver of urban and rural development, made it possible to recognize and share innovative projects from all over Spain. In the case of Vilanova del Camí, IVEO-Ligthing is presented, a small enterprise installed in the greenhouse of the Anoia Innovation Center and dedicated to exporting a product that can change the way we understand air conditioning, energy saving and sustainability .
The project presented by the company from Villanova is based on the export of an LED lamp that not only illuminates, but also generates heat and cold at a much lower cost, both economically and energetically, than classical air conditioning systems. In addition to making people’s lives easier, this project also focuses on reducing energy impact and combating climate change.
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in the business incubator of the Anoia Innovation Center, IVEO-Lighting creates a cooperation network between exporters and buyers, promoting the trade of sustainable and economically accessible products.
The Villanova delegation consisted of Victor Ramos, CEO of IVEO-Lighting, Mayor Noémie Truchart, and Economic Development Advisor, Jordi Baron. During the day a total of 40 projects were presented in the formatElevator pitcha maximum of 4 minutes to try to attract the attention of potential clients and potential setbacks in projects.
