European cooperation project WePod It was launched Sounds like Europe, cross-border broadcasting, a podcast that explores the audio industry in Europe. In parallel, it offers a “behind the scenes” look at the 24 podcasts in different languages that WePod will produce about the political, social and economic reality of the continent this year and next.

The WePod consortium consists of Prisa Audio (which is coordinating the initiative and will be responsible for executive production of the content), Bulle Media (Belgium), News Decoder (France), Chora Media (Italy) and Magyar Jeti Zrt (Hungary). Outriders (Poland) and Freedom of the Press (Serbia). In addition, the Spanish company Hiberus is the project's technology partner, while Roma Tre University will conduct academic research for the European podcast market.
The aim of the project is to create audio content, produce a podcast white paper to address the benefits and challenges of the audio industry, and develop communication and training activities in the EU.
