The other reason they pointed out is that the general state and the central government “already have one open Negotiations for unique financing for Catalonia” Which, according to the same sources, will begin in the first quarter of 2024.

Instead of the Minister, the government will send the Secretary General of Economy to the meeting, Josep Maria Villarrubia, Director General of Budgets, Esther Palarolles.

Through the CPFF meeting on Monday, the central government intends to inform the autonomous communities of stabilization objectives that will serve as a reference for preparing State budgets (PGE) Dell 2024.
