El Corte Inglés, Company of the Year at Prensa Ibérica and Banco Sabadell

Prensa Ibérica and Banc Sabadell yesterday presented awards to the most outstanding companies of the year at the Banc Sabadell Company of the Year ceremony, organized by El Periódico de España and Actius, the economic sector of the group, and sponsored by the financial institution and Banc Sabadell. El Corte Inglés won Company of the Year, and Antonio Huertas was highlighted as Entrepreneur of the Year. Managers and representatives of the winning groups thanked the award in front of an audience of about 200 guests at the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid.


José Luis González Pessada, Director of Communications, Sustainability and Corporate Relations at El Corte Inglés, commented that the Company of the Year award wanted to highlight the work of more than 80,000 professionals in the distribution group.
