Learning also takes place thanks to a continuous process of exchange, interaction and participation between participants and experts, so that training becomes not only a support for the development of knowledge, skills and abilities, but also a joint activity to build meanings and experiences.
The methodology used will be laboratory, and will be done through the use of new technologies to support teaching, allowing participants to work concretely on developing and experimenting with possible solutions to real problems and creating “learning experiences”within informal learning environments.
