Cap Roig Festival concludes its 24th edition with 48,509 people in attendance

The Cape Roig Festival closed its 24th edition yesterday with the performance of the band Jusos, who celebrate their 30th anniversary with their A revivure tour and a total attendance of 48,509. The Costa Brava Festival, organized by the Clippers Group, has hosted 23 shows since July 12, when The Corrs kicked off the event. The festival managed to hang the ticket poster for eight concerts, with an occupancy rate of 86%. “We already have our eyes on the next edition, which will coincide with the 25th anniversary of the festival, and we have the ambition to continue growing and offering the best to our audience,” highlights Julie Joyo, President of the Clippers Group and Director of the Cape Roig Festival in the balance sheet.

This summer, the theater has also welcomed renowned artists from the national and international scene, such as Rafael Guillem Gisbert, John Fogerty, Diana Krall, Sopa de Cabra, Estopa, Passenger, The Tits, Andrés Calamaro, Chris Isaac, Pablo López, Los Angeles Secretos, Alvaro Soler, Rosalind, Taboretti, Mickey Núñez, Carles Sans, Sergio Dalma, Sara Barras and Cook Mala. The culinary experience of the festival is in the hands of the Torres brothers, who, in addition to creating and designing an exclusive menu for the festival restaurant, also offered cocktail-style dinners on one of the garden terraces. Likewise, the Cap Roig Festival has also included a solidarity night in its programme this year. Part of the proceeds from The Tyets will be used to support the theatre company of the El Trampoli association, which works to promote opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities to have their own life project.
