Valsesian Guidi Srl, which has been producing marine valves, filters and accessories for the marine market for more than fifty years, has opened its own subsidiary in the United States, called Guidi America Inc.

The new company is based – according to a note – in St. Augustine, on the Atlantic side of Florida, the most important region for glamping boating: Guidi America will also be able to rely on a warehouse in the region, in order to serve customers quickly and on time.

At the helm of Guidi America will be Joseph Schneider, a professional with extensive boating experience in the United States and abroad, including stints at Bennett Marine, an American stabilizer manufacturer, and eventual experience with Exalto UAE in Dubai. Guidi America is an independent company, although controlled by the Italian company Srl, which, in addition to its great experience and reputation in the sector, will be able to guide and support it: it is a member of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMA), the trade association that brings together all brands The major trade mark for American boating, the Abyc-American Boating and Yachting Council, is the organization dedicated to developing safety standards for the entire world of pleasure boating.

These affiliations aim to accelerate market penetration that requires well-defined rules, standards and procedures, from certification to product labeling. One of the first initiatives that Guidi America will be a champion of will be participation in the B2B Ibex Expo, scheduled to be held in Tampa, Florida, from October 3-5, 2023.
