Al Jefferson Aggravates Foot Injury in Game 2, Everyone Is Sad

Earlier tonight, Al Jefferson aggravated his torn plantar fascia that he suffered during Game 1 of the Bobcats’ series against the Heat.

He left the game in the 1st quarter, and Head Coach Steve Clifford told a sideline reporter that, “he thought it ripped a little more.”

Of course, Jefferson is tough, so he has since reentered the game, but his movements look slow and painful. While the Bobcats weren’t winning the series, a healthy Jefferson could have made it rather competitive. Now, the Heat are likely headed to a sweep.

Al Jefferson my homie, I hate it had to be him.
