The average electricity price for this Sunday, April 21, 2024 is € 2.17 per MWh. If we compare it to the average price on Saturday, 5.66 euros per megawatt-hour, we are talking about a decrease of 3.49 euros. In short, this Sunday will be a relatively cheap day in terms of electricity prices.

Between 11:00 and 12:00 the price will enter a negative price (-0.01) and from 12:00 to 13:00 it will be -0.07. Finally, the cheapest hour will be on Sunday from 15:00 to 16:00, with a MWh price of -1.5 euros.

When will electricity be more expensive on Sunday?
As for the expensive daylight hours, as we said earlier, they mostly take place at night and in the morning. For example, the most expensive time will be on Saturday from 21:00 to 22:00, where the price of a megawatt hour (MW/h) is €8.93. During the morning, you will have to watch from 7:00 to 8:00, when MW/h will cost 7.46 euros, and from 6:00 to 7:00, when the price will be 3.6 euros.
