US President Joe Biden was not informed of the FBI raid on Donald Trump’s Florida residence. Nobody in the White House knew. Thus Karen-Jean-Pierre asserted, in a press briefing, referring to the search in the ex-president’s luxurious villa, that “the Ministry of Justice is independent and conducts its investigations independently.” Trump himself directed the bomb in a statement to CNN in which he described the raid as a political attack against his candidacy in the 2024 election. There is no confirmation at this time from the Department of Justice or the agency.
Donald Trump wasn’t at his residence when the feds arrived, but he was at Trump Tower in New York, where he usually spends the summer. It is an “abuse of justice and an attack by radical left-wing Democrats who desperately want to prevent me from running for the election of 2024,” Trump shocked in the statement revealing the research. “These are tough times for our nation: my sweet home, Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, searched and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. They even raided the house. My tank!” attacked. And again: “After working and cooperating with all major government agencies, this sudden raid on my residence was neither necessary nor appropriate.”
