Online banks have managed to occupy an important position by offering products without commissions. This has also prompted major banks to review their strategy and, in many cases, find that commissions do not allow them to grow.
With the aim of attracting new users, one of the most popular banks has joined this battle. It is about Kutxabank, which will already withdraw it from more than a million of its clients, which translates to a ratio of 80%.
This measure will take effect on January 15
This new bet by Kutxabank with commissions will come into effect from next January 15. After that, many of their clients will not pay any kind of additional fees to maintain their accounts or obtain Dual Visa cards.
Likewise, 80% of Kutxabank users will have the opportunity to make transfers online at no cost, as well as deposit national checks for free.
Conditions for avoiding commissions in Kutxabank
People under the age of 30 will be able to benefit from this new measure without meeting any other requirements. However, the rest of the users will have to meet “minimum connection conditions.”
People over 30 will have to register their salaries until they turn 34. On the other hand, people between the ages of 34 and 64 can save on fees when they make five purchases per quarter using any Kutxabank card.
On the other hand, people over 65 will not pay commissions as long as their pensions are deposited in the bank.
