The decision to organize the party At the headquarters of the Sciascia Foundation was born out of an agreement between the Mayor of Racalmuto, Vincenzo Maniglia, also as President of the Foundation, and Nenè Mangiacavallo, President of the Consortium “Empedocle” University of Agrigento, “with the hope – Mayor Maniglia emphasizes – that more users are choosing Racalmuto as a place of excellence.
