The Director of Energy Services, through Mipaaf’s publication of the notice relating to the Pnrr ‘Parco Agrisolare’ meter, has made it available on the page dedicated to the implementation of Pnrr actions on his website, Operating Regulations for Incentive Access, attached to the Ministry’s notice. The measure, which is included in the “Green Revolution and Environmental Transformation” component “Circular Economy and Sustainable Agriculture”, aims to support investments in production structures in the sectors of agriculture, livestock and agro-industry in order to remove existing roofs, build new blocks and establish ventilation and / or cooling systems Mechanism and installation of solar panels, intelligent management systems for energy flows and energy accumulators.

The aim of this measure is to boost the installation of 375,000 kilowatts of new solar generation capacity with a budget of 1.5 billion euros. The resources allocated, in the amount of 1.2 billion euros, were allocated to the implementation of interventions in the primary agricultural production sector, while two other shares, respectively, in the amount of 150 million euros, were allocated to the implementation of interventions in the sector of product transformation. Agriculture to agriculture and implementation of interventions in the sector of transformation of agricultural products into non-agricultural products.

The budget is 1.5 billion euros funded under the PNRR, the mission “Green Revolution and Environmental Transformation”, the component “Circular Economy and Sustainable Agriculture”. Resources have been allocated to implement interventions in the primary agricultural production sector with a share equal to 1.2 billion euros, while two parts of 150 million euros have been allocated, respectively, to implementing interventions in the agro-to-agricultural sector and implementing interventions in the non-agricultural sector. An amount equal to at least 40% of the total resources will be allocated to finance projects to be implemented in the regions of Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily.

Requests for access to incentives must be submitted through the portal provided by the Director of Energy Services SpA which can be accessed from the client area. Uploading of shows will be possible from 12 noon on September 27 until 12 noon on October 27, 2022. Concessions will be awarded by countermeasure until all available resources are used.
