Two artisanal and two medium and low-grade commercial products will be offered, without disclosing the order of entry. Participants will be invited to taste all the products and fill out organoleptic evaluation forms. The results are by no means clear, but with the researchers we will understand what characteristics we should keep in mind when shopping!
