Tom Parker, 33, lead singer of British boy band The Wanted, has died after a long battle with a brain tumor. He left behind his wife and two young children: Aurelia, 2 years old, and Bohdi, 1 year old. “Our hearts are broken – his wife Kelsey Parker wrote in an Instagram post – Tom was the center of our world and we can’t imagine a life without his infectious smile and energetic presence. Thanks to everyone who Support him, fight to the end. I am forever proud of you.” The singer was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma in 2020. The announcement of the disease came shortly after the arrival of her second child. The singer stated to Mirror . “Never think that this could happen to you.” Parker recounted his fight in a British documentary on Channel 4 and wrote a book, I hope thatto be released in July: “It’s not a book about cancer, but about how to find hope in whatever situation you are assigned and live your best life, whatever happens.”
