The InnovaTIC Point of Interest of the Florida-Ana Díaz Rico Center, located in Plaça dels Blocs Florida, received the Go!Ods Award from the United Nations Global Compact and the Rafael del Pino Foundation for ODS for its Innovation 4: Quality Education.
Nearly 10,000 senior citizens have gone through the same and benefited, as they were looked after by trained youth who cared for them and who on Friday itself received a certificate proving their work in the community.
The struggle for social inclusion and against the digital divide for the elderly continues in L'Hospitalet in 2024 due to the high acceptance of the project among the municipality's population.
