Girona shoe company Tony Pons It announced an investment of 12 million euros in the new headquarters. This new center will serve as the company’s central warehouse and offices, occupying a total area of 16,017 square metres, of which 13,739 square meters will be dedicated to warehouse and 2,278 square meters for offices.
The new vessel will be located at Carrer Reramurs in the Monfullà de Bescanó industrial area. It thus maintains its headquarters a few minutes from Girona, the city that witnessed the growth of this family company that was born in Ossur in 1946 and that today is led by Jordi Ponce, the third generation at the helm of the company.

Tony Ponce expects work to begin in the coming months and for the ship to be active at the end of 2025. The project will be responsible for the work and engineering part of the company EGEIN Engineering & Construction, and the Girona architectural studio Arquitecturia will be responsible for the offices. “The new headquarters will be designed to maximize energy efficiency, incorporating solar panel installations and electric vehicle chargers, among other innovations,” the shoe company explains.

In 2022, its sales increased by 53% year-on-year, and in 2023 its sales reached 32 million euros, selling 1.6 million pairs in 87 countries on five continents. Likewise, the workforce has grown by 50% in the past two years, exceeding 150 workers.
Girona explains that this tremendous growth prompted the need to expand its footprint. The company currently has four warehouses and the new headquarters will centralize all inventory and offices, thus improving operational efficiency.
