“Season 3 starts shortly after the end of season 2,” confirms Ebon Moss-Bachrach, who once again replaces Richie. On this occasion, the cousin goes one step further, just like the rest of the colleagues, who aim to transform the restaurant that gave its name to the series into a place of reference. “Richie has discovered a more evolved way of being, and this makes him see a path that he must follow. However, it is one thing to look at this path and another to walk it.”

For his part, Carmi will also face his own challenges that go beyond the recognition of the gastronomic community. “He leaves the cold room and then does the same thing as always: he buries himself in the work and tries to challenge himself, and in doing so, he also challenges those around him,” says Jeremy Allen White, who by the way strongly rejects Kurt’s “no” to any kind of romantic relationship with Sid. However, what we will see between the two characters will be a more horizontal union at work. “Sydney liked Carmi, but now she has to deal with him, and it’s more chaotic than she imagined before we started working together,” admits Ayo Edebiri. “Carmi is not the most communicative person, but every now and then she has a great gesture to connect with the rest of the people in the kitchen. This is his way of getting close to her. However, people are not always ready and do not know exactly what is happening,” adds White. In addition to developing the relationships between the characters, the third season will also delve into each one of them.
