Just about everything that could’ve gone wrong, went wrong for the Warriors on Monday night against the Clippers. Los Angeles defeated Golden State 138-98, getting embarrassed on the road and allowing the Clippers to even the series 1-1.
One of the funnier plays of the night came late in the fourth quarter with the game already decided. Hilton Armstrong, a big man receiving more minutes due to the injured Andrew Bogut, appeared to have an easy dunk for himself. But, as he leaped up for the slam, got rejected by the rim. The failed attempt summed up the night for the Warriors – one they would like to forget.
