While we are not even finished with the first day of NBA Playoff games, players are already frustrated by – what they are considering as – blown officiating calls. Earlier on Saturday, the Golden State Warriors defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 109-105 and improved to 1-0 on the series.
Midway through the second quarter, Andre Iguodala picked up his fourth foul, forcing him to the bench. Yet, it appeared as though there was actually no foul that took place. Iguodala himself certainly believed there wasn’t:
Later in the same quarter, Glen Davis was called for a foul and didn’t agree with it either. Only his reaction was better than Iguodala’s:
It will certainly be interesting to keep an eye on whether or not the officiating changes, if at all, and how it is perceived by the players and coaches.
