We’ve never seen this before.
In the second quarter of the Thunder – Kings game on Tuesday night, Sacramento’s Jared Cunningham was given orders to intentionally foul Oklahoma City big man Steven Adams. The rookie – just a 58.6 percent free-throw shooter on the season – continuously dodged the foul. Alas, Cunningham finally caught Adams and sent him to the line.
He did, however, knock down 5-of-8 shots from the charity stripe as the Thunder beat the Kings 107-92.
