BREAKING, Updated Continuously: All-Star Reserves Announced

While the All-Star starters for both the Eastern and Western Conference teams have already been announced, it is still yet to be seen who will serve as their backups. The reserves are being announced on Thursday night, and we will have you updated as the names come out.

So far:

Lance Stephenson will not be selected as an East All-Star, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports. The Indiana Pacers guard is averaging 14.2 points, 7.1 rebounds and 5.3 assists (all career-highs) in over 35 minutes this season.

LaMarcus Aldridge has been selected as a West All-Star, according to Chris Haynes of Comcast Sportsnet. The 28-year-old is averaging 24.3 pointd and 11.6 points rebounds through 46 games this season.

Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah will be an East All-Star reserve, according to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports. He is averaging 11.7 points and 11.4 points rebounds this season. This is the 28-year-old’s second consecutive appearance, and second in his career.

John Wall has been named an East All-Star reserve, according to Brett Poirier. This will be his first appearance as an All-Star. The 6’4″ point guard is dropping a career-high 19.8 points and dishing out 8.5 assists in just under 37 minutes per game. He scored 25 and recorded 9 in the Washington Wizards 114-97 win over the Miami Heat.

Dwight Howard has been selected as a West All-Star reserve, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports. In his first season as a member of the Houston Rockets, the center is averaging 18.5 points and 12.1 boards per game.

David Lee has been passed over as a West All-Star reserve, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.

DeMar DeRozan has been selected as an East All-Star reserve, according to Marc Stein of ESPN. Kyle Lowry has been passed over.

Dirk Nowitzki has been selected as a West All-Star reserve; Tim Duncan has not, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.

There are “strong rumbles” that Atlanta Hawks big man Paul Millsap has been selected as an East All-Star reserve.

Update: Millsap is officially an All-Star.
