The Oklahoma City Thunder have been one of  the most explosive, exciting, and dominant teams in the league over the years, but this season’s dominance of Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant has been incredible. Can anyone stop this dynamic and explosive duo?

Durant is leading the MVP race in my mind, averaging 28.1 PPG, 4.8 APG, and 8 RPG. KD is shooting 49 % from the field, 42 % from the 3-point line, and 89 % from the free-throw line. I have seen much improvement in Durant’s game, especially in his defense, and he has turned into a much more consistent and complete player.

And every night, Durant continues to have these types of performances:

Westbrook is averaging 21.3 PPG, 7 APG, and 6 RPG. Russ is shooting 42 % from the field and 79 % from the free-throw line. His explosiveness to the rim is incredible to watch. Every night he’s making these kinds of plays happen:

And to think, both of these guys are still just 25 years old. Scary, right?
