ICYMI: Suggested Basketball Reading From Across the Web

There were five games across the NBA yesterday, but only one really mattered. Even a Indiana Pacers-Oklahoma City Thunder match-up was put on the back burner. Last night was all about the Toronto Raptors vs. the Los Angeles Lakers. But it wasn’t even the game that mattered that much. It was Kobe. Kobe Bryant was back. We had been waiting months for this night, ever since the Black Mamba tore his Achilles last spring. When it finally arrived, however, it was a bit disappointing. Kobe looked awful, a possibility that while not fully unexpected, was still a bit disappointing. Oh, and also, Rudy Gay got traded to the Kings. So, yeah, last night was weird. Anyways, no Kobe tonight, but we might wish there was cause these games do not look fun. But until then, catch up on some reading with today’s suggested basketball readings from across the web.
