The Indiana Pacers and Portland Trail Blazers provided Monday night’s most exciting game of the night, a contest that ended with the Blazers improving to 14-3 on the season and pleasing their fans with a 106-102 victory over the Pacers. Two of the league’s premier big men, Roy Hibbert and LaMarcus Aldridge battled against one another throughout the game. Both players recorded double-doubles; Hibbert scored 16 points and recorded 14 rebounds while Aldridge dropped 28 points and grabbed down 10 boards.

In the midst of the heated contest in the fourth quarter, Aldridge went up for a shot and inadvertently stuck his leg out, hitting Hibbert in the one place where every male prays to not be hit.

Following the game, both players took to Twitter to share a comical conversation.

It is clear that this is all in good fun, but Hibbert may very well be right – the two teams feature top NBA talent, and it was certainly on full display at the Moda Center in Portland on Monday night. It was a playoff atmosphere that could have gone either way, but Aldridge’s performance combined with Damian Lillard‘s night of 26 points got the best of the Pacers, who recieved 43 points from early MVP candidate Paul George.

NBA fans everywhere are certainly in for a wild ride the rest of the way, bro.
