Only four games on the schedule tonight, but the pick for Game of the Night was actually pretty difficult as there are a couple of great match-ups. Ricky Rubio and the Timberwolves travel to Cleveland to take on Kyrie Irving and the Cavaliers and Stephen Curry leads the Warriors into Philadelphia for a contest against the 3-0 (I know, right!) Sixers. These are two very interesting match-ups, but for the Game of the Night we travel out west for the Houston Rockets vs. the Los Angeles Clippers.

It will be a late tip-off for those of us on the East Coast, but it promises to be worth the wait as these two high-powered offenses face-off.

The Rockets come into the game undefeated, at 3-0, one of only four teams left unblemished. Led by last year’s breakout star James Harden and new signing Dwight Howard, the Rockets have been winning handily, and putting up a lot of points on the way. Only four teams have a higher offensive efficiency than the Rockets, one of which happens to be the Clippers.

With their new additions J.J. Redick and Jared Dudley combining with Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, the Clippers have yet to score less than 100 points and lead the league with a ridiculous 113.3 offensive efficiency rating.

The Pick: With James Harden, Dwight Howard, Chris Paul and Blake Griffin all on the court at the same time, this is must see game. In the end, Howard’s defense will help the Rockets to stay undefeated, with a 106-99 victory.
