The hyped up game between the Celtics and Knicks the other night was pretty good. Last night’s hyped up game between the Heat and Knicks? Not so much. The Knicks just couldn’t make the plays defensively to stop the streaking Heat, and it’s pretty clear that the Heat are playing their best basketball of the season right now. I think most people are still hesitant to jump on the Knicks’ bandwagon, as they haven’t been able to beat the top teams when they’ve had the opportunity. But this Knicks’ team is still very good, and should give one of these top teams a scare come playoff time.
Here’s a look at tonight’s games:
#8: Minnesota Timberwolves (6-21) at Denver Nuggets (15-10) – 9:00 PM ET, Regional
#7: Miami Heat (20-8) at Washington Wizards (6-18) – 7:00 PM ET, NBA TV
#6: Philadelphia 76ers (10-16) at Orlando Magic (16-9) – 7:00 PM ET, Regional
#5: New York Knicks (16-11) at Cleveland Cavaliers (7-19) – 7:30 PM ET, Regional
#4: Los Angeles Clippers (6-21) at Chicago Bulls (16-8) – 8:00 PM ET, WGN
#3: Golden State Warriors (9-16) at Portland Trail Blazers (13-14) – 10:00 PM ET, Regional

#1: Memphis Grizzlies (12-15) at San Antonio Spurs (22-3) – 8:30 PM ET, Regional
Can the Grizzlies go into San Antonio and knock off the Spurs?
